The notion that it doesn’t matter who the President is is a big square on the privilege bingo card. For white men, no, it really doesn’t matter who the President is, because they’ll be fine regardless, but for those of us whose lives are on the line based on the decisions…

^^^^This ISN’T a “lesser of two evils” situation. Regardless Obama’s shortcomings, and many are due to what/who he has to work with (though that doesn’t excuse them totally), the man is a good man and does stand up for the people and democracy. He’s been blocked and fought every step of the way. His Congress has thrown every sort of roadblock imaginable at his Administration. Obama’s intentions have never seemed less than genuine, and though some of his choices have been questionable, he is trying to make this county a better place as much as a POTUS is allowed, and Romney along with the rest of the GOP will not be able to/cannot say the same. Romney’s actions throughout his entire campaign have been nothing but questionable and no good can come of this man taking the leadership of this country.
